This is a new character I came up with. You may recognize him from a pic I previously did.
I decided to name him Grey.
He's an assassin who is versed in every kind of silent and assassination arts. His eyes have the power to see people's vital areas and strike with fatal precision.
His saying: "My life begins when yours ends." is kinda credited to Gaara saying he can only enjoy life by ending it.
